DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Experience the excitement alongside our athletes. A path to new heights.
With Target Victory, the B2B program supporting high-level para-athlete.

Thanks to contributions from our community of businesses, in 2024, over €320,000 was donated to high-level para-sport. And 2025 is shaping up to be even stronger!

Your Company, Target Victory: A Real Win-Win

Target Victory supports high-level para-sport with the help of committed businesses and organizations. By joining us, you contribute to change perceptions of people with disabilities and reinforce inclusivity in the professional world. Depending on your level of engagement, you will benefit from a program increasingly tailored to your internal and external communication strategy

Why Get Involved? : By becoming a partner, you position yourself in favor of inclusion values and inspire your employees through the implementation of a dedicated program tailored to your needs.

Real Impact: Your contributions enable high-level para-athletes to access quality equipment, receive coaching from the best trainers, and participate in international competitions that allow them to progress. In three years, Target Victory has become the third most important source of funding for Belgian leagues, thus demonstrating its real and growing impact.

Total Transparency: Target Victory guarantees that the funds raised are given to the leagues or para-sports managers who oversee the entire “high-level” budget, allowing them to allocate it in the most optimal way based on each athlete’s needs.

Sustainable Change in Perception: High-level para-athletes are living proof that there is no link between disability and performance. Yet this supposed link is one of the reasons cited for not hiring people with disabilities, who are perfectly capable of performing the proposed roles. Help change this perception by supporting Target Victory.

Sport, especially at a high level, is a powerful vector for inclusion and diversity. The performances of Paralympic athletes generate strong collective emotions and enhance cohesion. Target Victory aspires to enable these athletes to thrive while raising societal awareness of the importance of inclusivity.a

Yves De Voeght, Project Leader Target Victory: “Winning brings people together, winning creates emotion, winning motivates, and is the ultimate goal for every high-level athlete. That’s why we named this project Target Victory. However, even more important than victory are the values that underpin this project: values of selflessness and surpassing oneself—values common to all elite athletes—and values related to diversity and inclusion.”

Mailis Lechien, Director of Ligue Handisport Francophone: “Thanks to the support of the Target Victory and Cap Sur L’Or projects, the Ligue Handisport Francophone can help its athletes take this decisive step: transitioning from competitors to champions, equipping them with the necessary tools not only to participate in international competitions but to stand out.”

With your contribution, we support:

G-sport Vlaanderen, which inspires, creates opportunities, and eliminates barriers so that all para-athletes can engage in sport and exercise in a healthy, qualitative manner, tailored to their own needs, abilities, and ambitions.

Ligue Handisport Francophone, the sports federation for people with motor, intellectual, or sensory disabilities in the Walloon-Brussels Federation, aimed at enabling EVERYONE to practice a sport.

Zelos, which supports high-level athletes from disciplines not covered by the two leagues. Zelos notably collaborated with several athletes, such as Nigel Bailly, assisting him in competing in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2021

Example of Action: Special Event in Partnership with Brightfish

Brightfish has teamed up with Target Victory to organize a premiere of ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’ on its release day, in a private cinema for the staff of Coca-Cola Belgium. The employees were able to enjoy the film while supporting the inclusion of para-athletes. Before the moovie, several prominent Belgian para-athletes, including Léa Bayekula, Selma Van Kerm, and Niels Verschaeren, shared their achievements and their preparation for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
